 
CAREER OPPORTUNITY CUMULUS RADIO York - Harrisburg - Lancaster WARM / WSOX / WSBA POSITION: LOCAL SALES MANAGER Candidates for this position must have: a minimum of three years Account Executive experience in media sales; the ability to coach, lead and train Account Executives; proven success in direct new business development; strong planning and execution skills, written, verbal communication and organization skills; and a passion to exceed budget goals and achieve excellence. Previous Sales Management experience preferred. As Local Sales Manager for Cumulus Radio-York, your duties will include: the implementation of a sales plan/vision; account list management; creation of sales packages; revenue projection, forecasting and tracking; setting Account Executive budgets; development of a weekly sales plan and conducting sales/training meetings on both an individual basis and in a group setting. Our Local Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong ties and visibility to client/advertising community. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
